Dakota Supply Group, a 16 branch location distributor in North Dakota, South Dakota & Minnesota, has retained FCG to conduct their 2009 Customer Satisfaction Benchmarking Study of 2,000 customers in the electrical contractor, plumbing & HVAC contractor, communications companies, and utilities marketplaces.
