FCG was retained jointly by WESCO and Philips to accomplish an objective, deep-dive understanding of WESCO and Philips’ capabilities and challenges in selling lamps and ballasts in a very competitive marketplace. FCG’s mission was to clearly identify where there is misalignment between and within WESCO and Philips to develop specific actions that must be taken by both WESCO and Philips to increase lamp and ballasts product sales.

FCG and NEMRA Launch the 2012…
Now in its second year, MRPAR (The Manufacturers' Representative Performance Analysis Report) is a financial reporting tool for electrical manufacturers' representatives to confidentially compare their operational efficiency to other rep agencies.
FCG and NEMRA partner each year to provide this service to NEMRA's rep members.
NEMRA is the National Electrical Manufacturers' Representatives Association and has over 350 rep members.
