About TJ O'Connor

TJ joined FCG in 2008 as Director of Research. TJ leads FCG’s market research practice which includes managing three survey analysts.

TJ O’Connor leads FCG’s market research practice and is an expert growth strategist in the distribution channel.

He brings a wealth of experience in conducting and analyzing distribution industry benchmark surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, sales channel effectiveness surveys, product research surveys, competitor profiles, and employee satisfaction surveys.

Before joining FCG, TJ was a strategic marketing specialist for Prudential Retirement.

TJ received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
