Tom’s work is focused on creating and executing sound business strategies for manufacturers, manufacturers’ representatives, and distributors. He also leads FCG’s high performance organization development practice. Additionally, Tom facilitates focus groups, advisory councils, and advisory boards.

Tom has authored many publications including Strategic Planning for Distributors: Execution Isn’t Everything – It’s the Only Thing! for the NAW Institute for Distribution Excellence.
