Since 1995, Springfield Electric has hosted an annual Customer Advisory Council, where customers of all types and sizes are asked to evaluate Springfield Electric's performance and help them chart a course of improved products and services that will offer additional opportunities for success. Over the course of 1 1/2 days customer share their observations of the electrical channel, benchmark with other non-competing companies, hear best-practices, discuss issues impacting their business, and review services that could lead to improved organizational productivity. Tom O'Connor of FCG is facilitated this year's Customer Advisory Council.
